Important Please Read:
* If the two tone option is selected, please specify which parts of the case are to be painted with each color. It is okay to specify the parts for one color with the assumption that the remaining parts are to be the other color.
* The Merlin Pedestal design allows them to be mounted on top of or underneath the case. They are stackable as well. When mounting above, the case will need to be taken apart.

Starting from the best packaging of a Case I have even seen, to the Case itself, Also, for the options offered for upgrades to their Cases! I have owned at least 50 personal cases for my own personal Rigs in the last 20 years. I have 5 Personal Rigs right now and they are housed in a Temjin TJ11, which is an updated version of the Tj07, which I also have a build in, both of which are water cooled Rigs and made of 100% aluminum and are great cases in their own right. Also a Lian-Li PC-K7, Antec 1100, and Cooler Master 932 Advanced Blue Edition HAF. However I can honestly and unequivocally state that I have NEVER owned such a "Master Piece" of true craftsmanship as the Merlin ST10! I understand this is kind of a niche case, however, it far exceeds and fulfills my needs for a High End Water Cooled Build! The quality of a Case labs Case is a beauty to behold...! If I could own just one Case it would be a Case Labs Case hands down bar none. If it is wrong to Love a Computer Case then I am guilty. Not only is this case beautiful to look at it is made to be highly functionable. You can easily mount any hardware that you need for your build and have more than ample room to work in, no tight spaces in this case! It's a builders Dream Case! I ordered the top drop in radiator mount for a 120.4 radiator, with the 31mm ventilated top, using eight fans for a push pull configuration. This makes it a pleasure to mount a radiator in the top. I assembled it on my work bench and simply dropped it in and secured it with the six screws provided. If you have ever tried to mount a large radiator in the top of a case before then you would know why I am praising this one of many features incorporated into the construction and engineering of a case. Everything lines up perfectly on this case. After this build I plan on doing one more personal build and it will be in a Case Labs Magnum Case. I cannot see ever having to buy another case as these cases should last through as many builds and upgrades as you could ever possible want, or need. If for some reason I ever do buy another case it will definitely be a Case Labs Case. Oh, by the way if you have a question or a problem with your case just call or email them like I did and their service is second to none! I had a question, I thought they had sent me the wrong top and emailed them. I was expecting a few days at least, if that soon to hear from them, or having to call and follow it up with another email! However, I was astounded at the quick response time of mere minutes to respond to my email. I simply emailed them a picture of my top and it was the right top (my fault) they offer two version of their drop in top mount. Moreover, they were very polite and pointed out the two versions which I wasn't aware of, and offered to ship me the other version immediately if I wanted!
I wish I had found Case Labs a long time ago! They have unsurpassed quality and beauty and if you ever need or want to order a part for your case for a replacement, upgrade or mod..., just put in your order and it will be sent to you via your own shipping preferences. This company is outstanding in their Customer Service too! If you want a case that will last a lifetime do yourself a favor and get one of these! As I mentioned earlier I plan on ordering one more case for a very, high end build and I never see having to buy another again. The only con I can see is the cost for some. However, if you are willing to pay 500.00 - 1,000.00 just for a processor, then cost should not be a problem. The only people who would consider the cost of such a premium Case a con is the ones who cannot afford it, which I don't consider a con, just a matter of economics. There is nothing wrong with that... However, Case Labs Cases is the best of the best, and you get what you pay for!
A life time customer here!

The quality and finish of this case is extreme.
I ordered it flat packed, and assembling it was very easy, even though I had to peek at the manual on a couple of occations.
I'm just blown away by all the thought Caselabs has put into the design of this case, the options you have in building your rig seem endless.
If there is something I wasn't satisfied with, it's the clips that hold some of the panels in place.
About 50% of them were too lose, but they did include a bag of replacement clips.
However, no reason to replace the clips, all you have to do is remove them from the case, bust out the pliers to tighten the clip and then reattach it to the case.
No regrets about ordering it flat packed, I find much joy in assembling things myself :)
If I ever order a new case (this one seems it will last forever), then surely I will order it from Caselabs!

This. Thing. Is. Monstrous. And it's not even their biggest. The case this is replacing fits inside(before i put the kit in) and I shut the door with room to spare. It's like seeing a picture of a giraffe, then actually standing next to one, and looking up, wondering how in the world they got so tall.
This is my last case. I don't see myself needing bigger, but IF I ever do, I'll be coming back here.
It came pre-assembled. I feel bittersweet over that. I kind of looked forward to putting it all together myself, but it did save me half an hour+/-. Solid construction. Dead sexy matte black. All you have to do is throw on the feet/casters(if you ordered them) and start picking where you want your kit to go. And believe me, the choices are endless.
I honestly can't wait till stage two where I fill in some of my empty gap with radiators/res/pump instead of just a few fans.

This box is where my Asus X79-Deluxe motherboard and 4930K CPU is going to live.
I picked this box because it will mount long ATX (XL-ATX = quad-SLI or 4-way Xfire) and because I can "stuff" a dual-CPU, SSI-EEB motherboard into it, albeit the latter has to be "stuffed" onto the ST10's mounting tray very carefully.
And because I am going to be running multiple virtual machines on the hardware, having the room to add extra hard drives without restricting radiator space, or vice-versa, is also an excellent feature.
The ST10 case is exactly what anyone running PCIe 3.0, dual, tri, or quad graphics card configurations needs to hold all his/her hardware plus the requisite cooling as it will hold two 120.4 80mm thick radiators without having to mod the case.
CaseLabs makes other cases that could do the job better, maybe, but they all cost a lot more money. The ST10 case gives the biggest bang for the lowest cost, which is why I bought mine.

from the package and until building it, its amazing and smart its like the case has its own personally.
manual could include a bit more details, but still easy.
con: i wish the power supply bottom mount was levelled was lower , i felt it took more space then needed, i didnt see the reason for it to be so higher different then eating space level.
i wish the mount was levelled teh bottom because no one will put fans on there, only radiators. it also ate more space between my mobo and power supply for more tubing route. im planning to cut it so i could mount it the case bottom floor level, more space for me to work with .
best case in the world for me because i understands me and what my goal is... (just wish power supply mount was left like sm8 floor level, but another then that its my baby...)

This is a large case, buy the casters.
Other than that all I can say is my god I wish I found this case sooner. Three rads, 5.25 inch double bay res 19 fans later I have a start to my new system.
I keep finding more things I just want to add to this case.
Really, you're imagination is the limitation of this case.

Moving up from Corsair 650D and what a difference. Researched several cases, including a couple of the Magnum's from CaseLabs which were a little out of my budget. Decided on the Merlin ST10 and I am glad I did. Plenty of room and cable management is way better than most other cases I looked at. Great buy, great case, great company!

The case is just amazing!
there is nothing fancy about the case but it is pure design genius.
Honestly no matter what i decide to do next be it go with a large build with multiple loops or a smaller build i will never need another case.
this case can do anything. Case-Labs you rock!

This case is an engineering marvel in quality and utility. Worth every cent, thank God we still have american companies with this kind of manufacturing quality. Highly recommended for serious water cooling enthusiasts. Don't think too much about just get one you won't regret it.
