The Magnum SMA8, with its commanding presence, has proven to be the go-to case for professional system builders and case modders around the world. With its heavy-duty all aluminum construction and unsurpassed modularity, the SMA8 spans a diverse range of applications from forensic systems used by top government security agencies to all-out showcase builds featured in popular magazines.
Enthusiast features include a slide-out motherboard tray that doubles as a tech station. Hinged, removable doors allow fast and easy access to the interior. In fact, the tool-less panel design allows the entire case to be stripped down to the frame in less than a minute. Cable management is a dream.
The SMA8 includes CaseLabs’ innovative Flex-Bay system that allows users to tailor their case to their exact needs. Additional door panels, top covers, pedestals and related items allow for further customization. Finally, every individual part of the case is available separately, so modders can freely add their own distinctive touches and change them back in the future, if needed. Best Case Ever

Don't know what I can say that hasn't already been said about the SMA8, and all the other caselab models.
The fabrication, fit and powder coat finish on my SMA8 are absolutely superb.
Every screw hole aligned, and all parts fitted together perfectly.
Had a blast putting it together.
Pleasure to build in

I have to say this my favorite case of all the cases I have built in. I like the the case is customizable and that all of the parts can be replaced. I also like the width of this case. I like that it has plenty of space for dual loops and because of all the space there are so many options. I think caselabs should make a fatter cover for the top in case you want to mount a fat radiator externally on the top so you can have a lot of fans and tall reservoirs.
Top quality product and service.

I ordered my SMA8 about 2 months ago now. CaseLabs ran into a small production issue that set them back about a week and a half on the estimated ship date, but they were completely up front and honest with me the whole way through. I didnt subtract anything from the rating because of two reasons. First of all youre paying for a custom made product so I expected a wait and an extra week didnt hurt me any. Second of all I was waiting on a few more parts so I really wasnt upset because they had not arrive just yet anyway. After my wait I had an issue with UPS which scared me because I thought they lost it. CaseLabs not only tracked down my case for me, but brought it back to their warehouse, inspected it, repackaged it, and upgraded my shipping to next day air to get it to me on time. They truly are the best. As for the case itself my mind is blown. The reviews of others have not lied. It is worth the wait. The case is beautiful, well constructed, fairly simple to assemble, and has more room for cable management and mods of any kind than you could imagine without seeing it in person. This really is one of the greatest cases on the market and a company that spares no expense to make sure that you get what you pay for.

I waited for this Case for over three months and the longer i waited the more i was regretting getting this case. I just received mine and put it together and was was lost for words about this case its is Amazing and worth every penny to anyone wanting a seriously massive case. There is so many options you can do with this case. I spent around 8 hours putting my entire build together with the help of a friend, but once i got it all together. I Will NOT Ever Own another case hands down worth every dollar you will spend. Worth the Time Wait and Money.
Quality, with some effort

It takes a while to assemble, not gonna lie. But once you put in the time, you end with a case that's as strong as it is beautiful. It's nice and light weight, considering the size. Plenty of room to route cables and create a clean beast of a work station. I love the Gun Metal grey, I doubt you'll find a finish like this on other manufacturers cases. All in all, I'm super happy. It costs quite a bit, but you get what you pay for in this Case. (haha Puns are fun, whomp whomp)
Side note, I had to contact customer support and I got an answer lightning quick. Major props to CaseLabs.
Light, Sturdy, Quality

when first opening the Shipment box I noticed how well the product was packed. Thick plastic sheeting carefully wrapped around every component. and bubble film between each large piece. from there the assembly was simple with well-given instructions. All screws were perfectly designed for the purpose and labeled accordingly. The case is unbelievably light... highly recommend this case. My only issues is the wait time. But with quality like this its worth the wait.

BFC (Big $#@% Case)

I use this case to house both a water cooling solution and disk arrays. It does both quite nicely at the same time with plenty of room between video cards and hot swap cages to put a large reservoir. The case itself is rather light and sturdy, leaving headroom to stick a bunch of crap inside and still have it a lift-able case so I can put it on the table and work on it. (Then again any case this size that you really do plan on filling with stuff, you need to be mindful of the total weight and what you can do to safely lift that much weight.)
The design of this case is really nice. It is real easy to route cables and thick water tubes behind the m/b tray, making for a nice clean layout. Every case part you get from CaseLabs is top notch and you can always bug them and get a reasonably prompt response if there is a problem. I did need to get extensions for the CPU power connectors, but consider if you putting out the money for this case, you will probably buy extensions anyway for styling reasons. If you were to go with any competitor case you would just go crazy / grimace when you have to work on the case or think about showing somebody, but with this case it is easy to put together a thing of beauty and function at the same time. I still drilled some holes for my custom water cooling setup, but this was rather easy and really more personal preference for the look I was trying to achieve. When I evaluated what drilling mods I needed to make for various cases, I came up with the CaseLabs case is hands down the easiest case to mod as it is both already closest to what I was looking for and you can add / remove whatever part of the case you need in order to have the best access possible to the part(s) you are going to mod. Basically any other case things are either riveted together or at least there is some funky layout quirk that will make the desired end result a lot harder to achieve than what you get with this case.
When thinking about what you need for a high end gaming rig today, I would venture to say this is probably the most case you could make use of. A 560mm long 86mm thick rad fits just fine in the bottom chamber with eight 140mm x 25mm push-pull fans. That is plenty to cool two Titan X Pascal cards and do whatever overclocking you can squeeze out of the cards. You cannot really make use of much more due to driver limitations. Then there are various places you can stick extra rads to cool motherboard and CPU components and have plenty of radiator to overclock the heck out of your CPU and still run fans and everything at whisper quiet speeds. Just be mindful if you are going to stick a rad on top, use the taller 39mm top panel so you can fit a reasonably thick rad and push-pull fans. I would definitely get the casters as water cooling parts, especially a 560mm rad and full cover water blocks can get to be heavy. Also this is pretty much the biggest case in all dimensions I can fit into the space I have for it; it is almost too big. I would definitely check the dimensions you have available to stick this case in because it is a lot bigger than a full tower case.

This case is designed perfectly and the quality is amazing. The powder coat looks awesome too. I literally can't say anything bad about it. I love this case and it really makes my build look great.
