Well from ordering to receiving it was about 12 days. Really quite quick for all the work put into the case. I just finished installing board, cards, drives. Amazing how much room there is for future upgrades. I didn't purchase the case for radiators, water cooling and gaming. It will be a continuation to my home server. My disappointment is that the case already came fully assembled. I was under the impression everything was flat packed. I get a lot of satisfaction out of piecing things together. Other than that it fits perfectly in it's new location. Thanks!
[CaseLabs: Thank you for your purchase! The original Magnum cases (M8 & M10) are riveted together, so they can only be shipped fully assembled.]

First let me say that this is a really nice case with very good build quality. Almost infinite cable routing options. Plenty of spare parts and extras for many use cases.
However, a number small issues leave me less enthusiastic about the case after receiving it than when I ordered it (and less so than other reviewers here).
I needed a case that would hold a lot of disk drives and there aren't a lot of cases that get you beyond 6-8 (I started with 14 and will expand to at least 20). This case can do that no problem. However, after actually doing the install, the drive cages, the way they align to the case, and the fan mounting are clumsy at best.
Both styles of drive mounts provide good support and isolation for the drives. However, my issues with the mounts are:
- the mounts install from the *inside* of the case
- the mounts have no cutout/channel for the fan wires (Vortex Cougar). So the wires stick out (partially pinched) where ever they can
- Aligning the completed cage into the case requires aligning tiny pins on the case into rubber grommets on the cage. This is mostly a blind operation due to the location of the pins. The rubber grommets are easy to dislodge from the cages.
- Cage filters are not supplied but available. I have not added these yet, however, for it to look good, the filter will have to be mounted inside the cage in front of the fan. To clean these fans will require removing the cages (including cable removal) in order to access the filters. A lot of opportunities for re-installation errors.
- The PSU mounting bracket is basically useless since it does not align with the bottom of the PSU to help support the PSU weight. About a 1/4" gap between them (Seasonic X-1250).
- minor nit about the power/reset panel, the USB cables are not labeled for which cable is the upper pair vs lower pair of USB connections.
[CaseLabs: The PSU Mount is designed to sit 1/16" below the the PSU to provide space for the foam padding tape that is provided with the kit.
A small amount of lubricant on the grommets can greatly simplify the installation of the cages if you're having difficulty.
In general, contacting our customer service department is a quick way to help deal with things like this and save frustration - thanks!]

First off, this is a fantastic case. I am almost ready to start building, just waiting on a couple more parts to come in, and I can't wait to get started! I love the modularity and build quality, except for one area, which is that my rear left corner vertical frame on my chassis was bent somewhere along the line, whether in manufacturing or shipping, I don't know. With the panels on its not noticeable, it's pretty small even with the panels off... Nitpicky I know, but for the price, I feel it's alright to mention small errors.
Here's a pic if anyone is interested. It doesn't effect the rating though, still a definite 5 stars!
Otherwise, the build quality is amazing, the powdercoating is spotless, and the best part of all is that big shiny "Made in USA" sticker on the box! Thank you for keeping it in-house, I have a ton of respect for that, I try to buy American where I can and it's getting really hard.
Also, note this: I got two XSPC AX360 rads for the top, to mount above the chassis with fans below inside the case as well as above the rads, and the rads don't quite fit in that configuration. The fittings for the lines catch on the mounting tabs on the case, by just enough to prevent the screws lining up.
Not at all CaseLabs fault, or XSPC's for that matter, just a non-compatibility for you to be careful of. A Dremel will fix it, just a couple millimeters off the rear corner of the rear-most mounting tabs.
Overall, a great buy, and one that I wouldn't hesitate to make again... But I don't think I'll ever need another.

I've been looking for a case that could fit additional water cooling equipment without having to have some 4' monstrosity on my desk. In addition to the volume and amount of configuration these cases offer CaseLabs took alot of time in plotting some very simple but neat functions such as the slide off doors, the slide out tech station for your MOBO, and the Flex Bay System opens up even more options.
The only way to make this case any better is if it had Flex-Bays on both sides which would mean a little wider case, but for someone buying a case this size I dont think a few inches really matters. It would be the only case you'd ever have to buy.

This is a truly great case into even the smallest details, and clearly shows thought has been put in. The customization options are endless and astounding, and I will definitively be buying accessories and additional fan mounts to play around with different configurations.
Do note that the 'Fan Hole' back plate has 4x40mm fan mounts, and not 3 as shown above. However, I would personally argue that the new configuration brings a more balanced look to the back of the case. The fan holes also come with a cover bracket in case you don't want to use them.
Definite buy for anyone looking for an extreme water-cooling case. Great build quality, amazing finish, more options than you'll know what to do with. Packaging was also great with the case wrapped neatly in a large, thick plastic bag, and held in place with foam brackets.

I love this case it was over my budget but it was well worth it. If you are looking for a case, this one is the one for you.
