Damage Claims

All shipments, unless otherwise specified, are shipped fully insured from our location to the shipping destination entered when completing your order. Please note if you are using a freight forwarder for international shipment, we will only insure the package to the freight forwarders destination. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the shipment insured from the freight forwarder to your location.

Damage claims must be submitted within 15 days from receiving the package. Only a single claim can be filed so it is important that all damaged goods are reported at once. We will not be held accountable for damaged items accounted for after the claim has been filed.

If you have a shipment which has been damaged please provide the following;

  1. Name and order number
  2. Pictures of damage
  3. List of all parts which have been damaged

We will file the damage claim with the courier on your behalf, and replacement parts will be shipped out ASAP.
